soothing my icy old soul

    Carol, the colors in the ocean pics are amazing! Those hemlocks weighed down with heavy snow are beautiful, too! I love your haiku, too. These lines I especially resonated with “soothing my icy old soul, kites carrying cares away / tropical healing, and snow laden woods / show slivers of sun. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing and the inspiration.
